Dining atop the Art Museum Steps… New Terrace Bar Opens Just in Time for the Summer!

The Terrace Bar at the Philadelphia Museum of Art is open for Pay What You Wish and Art After Five nights all summer long.

In addition to after-hours access to the world-renowned museum’s art collection, the bar will also offer drinks and light bites from culinary partner Stephen STARR Events atop the art museum steps.

Enjoy dishes like Chicken & Ginger Dumplings (inspired by Buddakan), Spinach & Manchego Empanadas (inspired by Alma De Cuba) and Lobster Mac N’Cheese (The Continental), as well as drinks including The Kir Royale (champagne, cassis, fresh raspberries) and Violent Femmes (Smirnoff blueberry, crème de violette, lemon). The Terrace Bar will be open from 5:00PM-8:45PM Wednesday and Friday evenings through September.

Beginning June 5th, the Terrace Bar will introduce Happy Hour, available on the first Wednesday of each month this summer from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Happy Hour will feature $4 domestic beers and $1 off all wines by the glass.

Happy Hour Schedule:

• Wednesday, June 5th

• Wednesday, July 3rd
