Society Hill Open House and Garden Tour
Society Hill’s 38th annual open house and garden tour gives guests the chance to tour 10 of the neighborhoods most impressive homes and gardens. Additionally, come check out our Society Hill open house at Abbotts Square, located at 200-210 Lombard Street, from 12-1 PM. This gorgeous 1 bed, 1 bath has an updated kitchen and bathroom, hardwood flooring, and a wood burning fireplace. Stop on by!

Rittenhouse Row Festival
The Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival transforms Rittenhouse Square into an awesome one-day fest that is chock full of music, food, fashion events, outdoor shopping, and international entertainment.

Where: Broad to 19th Streets on Walnut Street

9th Street Italian Market Festival
The nation’s oldest outdoor market opens up for its annual celebration that features plenty of activities and live entertainment. Also, be sure to come with an appetite so that you can grub on homemade sausages, imported meats and cheeses, delicious cannoli, fresh pastas, and butcher-cut beef and poultry.

Kensington Kinetic Sculpture Derby and Arts Festival
Stroll through the streets of Kensington and Fishtown to find an eclectic and unique mix of local musicians, artists, and food. Hang out for the derby portion, which takes place along a 3-mile urban obstacle course as it celebrates human-powered transit.

Sausage Fest Philly
Sausage lovers, unite! This festival comes packed with sausage-based food from Undergrnd Donuts, Samosa Deb, The Flying Deutschman, and more. Beer from local breweries and wine will also be available. Ticket prices include a free beer token and a commemorative Sausage Fest beer glass.
