As we wrap up 2021, we are so grateful for another successful year for The Barach Group! Through the uncertainties and unpredictable nature of this crazy year, we were able to stay laser focused and devoted to helping our valued clients buy and sell their homes efficiently. Read on to learn about the success of our team this year and how Compass is evolving moving into the new year. Reflecting on this past year, we have had the privilege of working with some incredible clients during what seemed to be the craziest market yet. From cozy condos in Fairmount, eclectic townhomes in Fishtown, and one-of-a-kind estates in Lower Merion – we could not be more grateful for what we were able to accomplish this year. With our sales volume totaling nearly $30M, we would like to express our sincerest thanks to our loyal clients that we had the honor to work with this past year!
In mid November, we had the opportunity to attend an outstanding retreat hosted by Compass in Austin, Texas. While there, we were able to expand our network, collaborate with our wonderful CEO Robert Reffkin and other leaders, and learn how Compass is growing at an exponential rate nationwide.
How large has Compass grown? Compass agents now service over 280 cities across the United States. Within these 280 cities, Compass is number one in sales in our own great city of Philadelphia, as well as Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Houston, San Diego, Boston, Washington DC, Nashville, Denver, and Boulder.
To kick off the events, Robert Reffkin delivered an outstanding keynote presentation. During his keynote, he reminded us all that “We as real estate agents connect people to their homes, which for generations has been the heart of the American dream. Shelter is a fundamental human need and it matters more to us now than ever before. We all know that home values have risen a huge amount during this time, but I believe that the value of our homes in our lives has risen even more.” This quote perfectly sums up why we do what we do. We truly believe in helping others and we’re so grateful that we get to spend each day helping clients find their place in the world.
The retreat also gave us a sneak-peak into a number of advancements Compass will be making in the new year! What we’re most looking forward to is the introduction and enhancements of new tools for us agents to utilize in 2022. We can’t wait to show you what’s in store and we know that each step will provide an even more seamless and personalized home buying and selling experience for our clients. Overall, we had the most amazing time meeting new agents from across the country and left Austin feeling energized to serve our clients in the new year ahead.
